요약 — Cuerator는 사용 기록이나 개인정보를 개발자에게 보내지 않습니다. 광고·분석·추적 도구도 없습니다. 곡·미디어·설정은 사용하시는 맥에만 저장되고, 인터넷은 아래에 적은 기능을 직접 켰을 때만 씁니다.

1. 맥 안에만 저장되는 것

곡, 영상·이미지·음악, 플레이리스트, 설정, 라이선스 키는 모두 사용자의 맥에 저장됩니다 (~/Movies/Cuerator 미디어, ~/Library/Application Support/Cuerator). 라이선스 확인도 인터넷 없이 맥 안에서 합니다.

설교 자막(음성 받아쓰기)은 Apple의 음성 인식 기능으로 맥 안에서 처리하며, 소리를 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.

2. 사용자가 켤 때만 인터넷을 쓰는 기능

휴대폰 리모컨과 NDI 출력은 같은 네트워크(와이파이) 안에서만 오가며, 인터넷으로 나가지 않습니다.

3. 구글 사용자 데이터

구글 드라이브 연결은 선택 기능입니다. 연결하면 Cuerator는 다음만 합니다.

접근하는 정보

Cuerator가 만든 파일과 폴더만 (drive.file 권한). 드라이브의 다른 파일은 보거나 읽을 수 없습니다.
연결한 구글 계정의 이메일 주소 — 어느 계정에 연결됐는지 설정 화면에 보여 주기 위해서입니다.

쓰는 곳

사용자가 고른 곡·미디어·설정을 사용자 본인의 드라이브에 올리고(백업), 다시 내려받고(복원), 여러 맥 사이에서 맞추는(동기화) 데만 씁니다.
광고, 분석, 인공지능 학습 등 다른 목적에는 쓰지 않습니다.

저장과 공유

로그인 토큰은 맥의 키체인에만 저장됩니다. 파일은 사용자의 구글 드라이브에 있습니다.
개발자를 포함해 누구에게도 구글 사용자 데이터를 보내거나 팔거나 공유하지 않습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버를 거치지 않고 맥과 구글 사이에서 직접 오갑니다.

지우는 방법

Cuerator 설정 → 백업 → 연결 해제를 누르면 맥에 저장된 토큰이 지워집니다.
구글 계정 → 보안 → 서드파티 연결에서 Cuerator의 접근 권한을 언제든 취소할 수 있습니다.
드라이브에 올라간 파일은 구글 드라이브의 Cuerator 폴더를 지우면 사라집니다.

Cuerator가 Google API로부터 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 옮기는 일은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함해 이를 따릅니다.

4. 어린이

Cuerator는 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않으며, 어린이의 정보도 마찬가지입니다.

Privacy Policy

Summary — Cuerator sends no usage data or personal information to its developer and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking. Songs, media and settings stay on your Mac; the app goes online only for the features below, when you turn them on.

1. Stored only on your Mac

Songs, video, images, music, playlists, settings and the licence key are stored on your Mac. The licence is checked offline. Live sermon captions use Apple's on-device speech recognition; audio never leaves the Mac.

2. Features that go online when you turn them on

Google Drive backup and sync — to Google; see section 3.
Update checks — a request to Cuerator's update server asking whether a newer version exists. As with any web server, the requesting IP address may be logged.
Cuebook connection — reads your service plans from the Cuebook server using the token you enter.
Caption translation (DeepL, OpenAI, Anthropic) — the sentence to translate is sent to the provider you choose, using an API key you obtained yourself. Apple Translation runs on the Mac.
Font downloads — font files are downloaded from GitHub (the Google Fonts repository).
Web page output — loads the web page you enter.

The phone remote and NDI output stay on your local network.

3. Google user data

Connecting Google Drive is optional. When connected, Cuerator:

Accesses only files and folders that Cuerator itself created (the drive.file scope) — it cannot see or read any other file in your Drive — and your Google account's email address, to show which account is connected.
Uses that access only to upload the songs, media and settings you choose to your own Drive, download them again, and keep several of your Macs in step. It is not used for advertising, analytics, AI model training or any other purpose.
Stores the sign-in token only in your Mac's Keychain; the files are in your Google Drive.
Shares Google user data with no one, including the developer. Data travels directly between your Mac and Google, never through a server run by the developer, and is never sold.
Deletion: Settings → Backup → Disconnect removes the token from your Mac; you can revoke access at any time under Google Account → Security → Third-party connections; files uploaded to Drive are removed by deleting the Cuerator folder in your Drive.

Cuerator's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Children

Cuerator collects no one's personal information, children's included.

5. Changes

Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.
